Blue Homes was founded in 1998 by Nicholas Macdonald-Buchanan and Nicholas Phelps as a small business to refurbish properties in the Bournemouth and Poole conurbation. Ten years on the company is now a well funded niche housebuilder operating in the South West of England. The Company designs and constructs homes at all levels of the market place and has recently started its own construction division to enable it to best tackle the ever tightening regulations of the construction sector.
